Luxor products are covered by a manufacturer's Limited* Warranty against defects and workmanship. Any product that is defective in either materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. This warranty does not cover damage in transit or any modification to the product by the customer. This warranty is for the life of the product provided the product is used for its intended purpose and used with weight loads not exceeding those recommended.

* Since rental applications do not fall under the category of normal usage, Luxor will be unable to provide the Lifetime Warranty on units used for rental applications. We will, however, make parts and/or entire units available at a special purchase price upon request.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. That is to say, you would not be charged by us and we would reconfirm this with you via e-mail.  

 If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipments:

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Shipping your returned product

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

    Shipping your returned product

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
